With a career spanning more than 15 years, Chef Alaa Al Debsai brings extensive experience in Lebanese cuisine and restaurant operations to Kenz. Having played a key role in multiple restaurant openings, he leads the kitchen with a clear vision for quality, consistency and authentic flavors, ensuring each dish reflects the richness and character of Lebanese cooking.

With more than two decades of experience, Chef Mohammad Freihat brings a meticulous approach to Lebanese butchery and grilling, from selecting quality cuts to mastering the techniques that define each dish.
